• Inventory counts, strain data, potency test results, packaging and labeling details;
• API keys and other integration credentials.

If you create “sub-accounts” for employees or partners, you are responsible for managing their permissions. CropBuyer is not liable for disclosure or misuse of data shared through your account.

• Name, username, email address, mailing address, and phone number;
• Company name, address, website, and business contact information;
• Government-issued ID or license verification data;
• Payment details (collected and processed securely by third-party payment processors).

c. Automatically Collected Information

Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
