- OLCC or other state-issued license numbers, credentials, and compliance data;
- State seed-to-sale tracking system login credentials (e.g., Metrc);
- Financial account data related to your cannabis business;
- Inventory counts, strain data, potency test results, packaging and labeling details;
- API keys and other integration credentials.
If you create “sub-accounts” for employees or partners, you are responsible for managing their permissions. CropBuyer is not liable for disclosure or misuse of data shared through your account.
b. Personal Information
We may collect:
- Name, username, email address, mailing address, and phone number;
- Company name, address, website, and business contact information;
- Government-issued ID or license verification data;
- Payment details (collected and processed securely by third-party payment processors).
c. Automatically Collected Information
When you use our Services, we may collect:
- Device identifiers, IP address, browser type, OS version, and access times;
- Pages viewed, search history, and clickstream data;
- Geolocation data (with your permission);

- Maintain a valid OLCC license;
- Ensure all cannabis products comply with OAR 845 and ORS 475C;
- Accurately report all activity into Metrc;
- Provide proof of licensing upon request within 5 business days.
Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
